Product Introduction:

Product Features:

1. The beam drilling machine is fitted with a CNC-controlled carriage clamping and feeding mechanism, enabling rapid workpiece transfer, accurate positioning, and stable material feeding throughout the entire machining cycle.

2. The equipment is configured with three high-speed BT40 spindle units for simultaneous machining of the three faces of H-beam sections. Using carbide cutting tools, the spindle speed can reach up to 3,000 rpm, providing high processing efficiency, excellent drilling accuracy, and superior hole quality. Drilling chips are automatically collected and conveyed through the integrated chain-type chip removal system, helping maintain an efficient and orderly working environment.

3. The CNC beam drilling line incorporates an advanced mist-based cooling system supporting both internal and external coolant delivery. Each drilling spindle is independently equipped with an external cooling nozzle and an internal coolant connection, allowing operators to select internal cooling, external cooling, or a combined cooling configuration according to specific tooling and machining requirements.

4. An Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) can be optionally configured according to customer production requirements. The automated tool replacement system eliminates the need for manual tool changes, reduces non-cutting time, and contributes to improved overall production efficiency.

5. The beam drilling system can be optionally equipped with a hydraulic CNC rotary disc marking unit. Driven by a precision servo motor, the marking disc automatically indexes and selects from 36 characters, enabling rapid, accurate, and repeatable identification marking of structural steel components.

6. The automatic scribing and tapping functions eliminate conventional manual layout and marking procedures. The scribing mechanism precisely produces welding reference lines on H-beam flanges and webs to support subsequent fabrication operations, reducing labor requirements and improving processing accuracy. The integrated tapping function can also machine threaded holes directly on H-beam flanges and webs, further increasing manufacturing efficiency and process integration.

7. Throughout material feeding and machining operations, all workholding functions—including vertical lifting, lateral positioning, clamping, locking, and releasing—are hydraulically controlled. This integrated hydraulic workholding system provides secure fixation, dependable operation, and stable machining performance during continuous industrial production.

8. The control architecture combines an industrial computer with a PLC-based CNC system and incorporates high-quality core components from internationally recognized manufacturers. Multiple programming methods are supported to facilitate efficient program generation and editing. Structural design data produced by third-party CAD platforms, including AutoCAD and TEKLA Structures, can be directly imported in formats such as DXF and DSTV, enabling efficient integration with digital steel fabrication workflows.
